Once the team agrees on a project manager for the week, that person is in charge. So, you don't have to democratically run the task. The PM can delegate and bark orders as they wish. If there is disagreement, express it in your post, but ultimately you follow through with their orders, or do something to sabotage. But keep in mind that in the boardroom you're responsible for your actions, whether you were just following orders or disobeying them.

Project Managers, remember to be a dictator. Democracy is slow and inefficient. Take charge and get things rolling. Each contestant should get a chance to lead, and get their vision brought to fruition by their supporting teammates. This arrangement is meant to make team tasks easier, and let each person experience the leadership role, because I'm sure there's always been in past team blog games moments when you thought, "I wish they'd just go with my idea." Well, that's what being PM is all about. Go with your idea, answer for it in the boardroom.
